Prepare now for Gigantamax Gengar

Everyone has an opinion on the Gigantamax battles, and this weekend’s debut and this new feature. We also need to take a look at the future, and we can see Gigantamax gengar coming into play on Thursday next week. We’ve listed a few things to remember after the Battles last weekend, when a lot of the editors played and learned some tips. This is especially true when there are fewer players. It’s the same for all players. The larger your group, the more difficult it is. The easier the game will be, too, if you have more Pokemon that are good.

If you own a Squirtle, you could invest it into Dynamax Blastoise, which has Bite.

  • It is important to know how you type and move. The offensive Dynamax Move is Fast Move. It’s better to prepare Fast TMs if you need them.
  • It is best to invest in Max Heal if you have four people. If a “healer”, or a group of 4, needs to provide health during the Gigantamax Phase, they coordinate with each other. The healer may attack, or Max Guard (defend) if it isn’t necessary. These moves can be added to your Pokemon at the end.
  • You can actually control who is in which group. (Though lag or network congestion are contributing factors). Four people can enter the lobby in three seconds, and almost all of them will be in groups.
  • You can tell which team has been created by the bar of white when the lobby fills up (it’s a list). Now, everyone should find one another and decide who heals when in the group. You will have fewer defeated Pokemon if you do this.
  • There is plenty of time for players to coordinate and find team members while they wait in the lobby.

It doesn’t matter if you have less than 18 players, but a team of 4 with a healer is a good idea. It is important to invest in Max Spirit and Fast TMs, particularly for small groups. You can level up in the next few days using the Max Particles that you collect each day.
